Welcome to the Training Site

Welcome to Visionary HealthWare's training website. This site was developed to provide our clients access to educational materials on Visionary Office, Alteer Office, Dream, TMO/DME, and DAQ Billing software solutions. From this site, users will have access to knowledge based articles, recorded training videos, job aids, books and manuals and the ability to sign up for both onsite and online classes.

From the main menu, across the top, you can access resources in each of the software solutions. The drop-down menus provide quick access to knowledge-based articles, job aids and free training videos provided by our expert trainers. To access "registered only" content, please use the login button in the top menu bar or click here to create a login account now.

The Additional Resources menu provides links to information on our expert trainers, an events link to view upcoming training sessions, a ticket center where you can post training issues, a blog for discussing educational topics within each of the software applications, a Frequently Asked Questions section where we will post questions and responses on various topics and a News section to learn that latest information on Visionary HealthWare's training department.

All Visionary applications are user-friendly and make managing your practice a streamlined task. Once the software has been setup to best suit your practice needs, you will enjoy stress free management of your practice.

We offer two levels of training, taught by expert trainers, these options are targeted for management personnel, systems administrators and other healthcare professionals responsible for implementation and support of Visionary Medical applications. Included in your purchase is a user-guide and training CD ROM to further assist your staff after their training session.
